Events

Cultural Leadership hosts three annual events: Trivia Night (March), The Race to End Racism (May), and the Signature Event (September/October).

The Race to End Racism refers to the campaign surrounding our participation in the annual Ferguson Twilight Run. Our participation builds community awareness for Cultural Leadership while also supporting the Ferguson community. Trivia Night is a fun event full of games, food, and trivia! Last year, we received over $10,000 of in-kind donations which we raffled and auctioned off in between eight rounds of original trivia. Lastly, the Signature Event in October/September is a banquet-style gala at which two awardees with a “Distinguished Alumni Award” and two with a “Trouble Maker of the Best Kind Award.” The event also features a Fund the Mission Auction and sometimes a raffle and live auction, as well.
